The machine can be used for:

• sharpening the saw 100mm dia. trogh 630mm dia,
• sharpening the saw with tool rake angle positive and negative,
• sharpening the saw with alternate skewness,
• chamfering of the tool flank,
• sharpening the saw with broken teeth,
• sharpening the milling cutter (special equipment).

 

The grinder ASP-631 is designed for sharpening of the circular saw with teeth made of sintered carbides.
The attack surface, tool flank and chamfering of the toll flank could be sharpening on saw with straight teeth and alternate skewed teeth.
After the special equipment installation to the machine its operational ability could be enriched by the “wet sharpening process” and by the milling cutter sharpening.
The saw working movements during sharpening motor controlled by the controller connected to microprocessor.

By means of the controller it could be possible easy and fast programming the sharpening process data as follows:

• sharpened circular saw diameter,
• number of saw teeth (3 to 250),
• height of the tooth (max. 90mm),
• working teed speed (0,2 trough 1.2 m/min),
• number of sharpening passes (0 trough 99),
• assumption value (in-feed) (0.01 – 0.99mm),
• number of sparking passes (0-9).

 

When the sharpening operation is going on it is possible to introduce correction to the working feed speed, in-feed value and the tooth height.
Besides of the machine basic version (symbol ASP-631F), there are another three types available:
ASP-631F (version P) - for sharpening of the circular saw, additional equipped with the dividing head for fastening the circular saw, table of 265mm stroke.
ASP-631F (version F) - for sharpening of the mill, additional equipped with the dividing head for fastening the mill, table of 265mm stroke.
ASP-631F (version PF) - for sharpening of the mill and the circular saw, additional equipped with the two dividing heads for fastening the mill and circular saw, table of 265mm stroke.
