The ASP-631 F Grinder (version S) is designed for automatic grinding of tools having either straight or screw line (helix).
The grinder is mainly designed for sharpening of side milling cutters, plain milling cutters, end mills and screw taps. The ASP-631 F (version S) sharpens the tools having straight line shape and helix shape (right and left) with diameters from 4 to 250 mm and the number of teeth from 1 to 250 (counted by one).
The sharpening is performed either on the surface of incidence or on the tool flank.
The screw line is defined either by specifying its lead angle, or by the readout of the actual tool lead angle directly from the tool being sharpened – by means of a dial gauge.
The ASP-631 F grinder (version S) is equipped with drives having the D.C. motors with encoder. The control is performed by means of a microprocessor controller with easy and convenient software.
With the help of this controller it is possible to easily and quickly program the following data characterizing the process of sharpening:
