ASP-631F grinding machine (SL version) is intended for automated grinding of tools with ruled line and screw line.

The grinding machine is intended for grinding of interlocking cutters, plain milling cutters, end mills and screw-taps. ASP-631F (SL version) grinds tools with ruled and screw line (right and left) with the diameter from 4 to 250 and the amount of tines from 1 to 250.

The grinding takes place on the surface of charge or the tool flank.

Longitudinal trucks as well as the stand with internal grinding spindle work on the line slides. Both shifts are controlled in automatic way thanks to which the grinding of the tine is possible to any depth with line checking.

The screw line is defined by means of inscribing the lead angle or by means of reading out the real lead angle directly from the grinded tool – with the help of clock sensor.

ASP-631F grinding machine (SL version) is equipped in drives with the engines of direct current. The control takes place with the help of a micro-processor controller with easy and accessible programming.

A complete ASP-631F grinding machine (WL) possesses a stand with a built-in power supply adaptor and cooling system as well as the box.

With the help of a controller, one can easily and quickly program the following data which characterize the process of grinding:

  • The diameter of the object treated   from  4 to 250 mm
  • The amount of tines of the grinded tool  from 1 to 250
  • The size of checking in the range of  0,00 ÷ 0,99mm
  • The amount of grinding transitions    0 ÷ 99
  • The amount of  sparking out transitions 0 ÷ 9
  • The speed of rate of feed    0,1 ÷ 2,0 m/min
