Automatic Grinding machine for sharpening the saw blades

ASP-631F (the WL version)

 

    ASP-631F in the WL version enables grinding of the straight, trapezoid and skew teeth. Sharpening is performed with automatic rotation of the grinding head. It enables total saw sharpening without its converting to the other side.
The longitudinal trolley with the rotary head works on the linear slide ways. The crosswise trolley works on the linear slide ways too and is equipped with the automatic crosswise feeding, enabling sharpening of the tooth with an arbitrary linear height.
The grinding machine is characterized by fast saw positioning - the first tooth is positioned toward the laser and there is also a possibility of the cutting, which enables counter boring of the teeth (up to 1mm in one passage – refers to HSS saws with fine tooting)
The machine is 30 faster than the W version The machine is digitally steered in three axes; it is equipped in the clear and accessible programming.
The complete ASP-631F (WL) Grinding Machine is equipped with a rack, a built-in power supply, a cooling system and a cabin.
